The Aquila Apex Series Speargun represents the ultimate in short-range reef spearfishing precision, featuring an aggressive 4-band configuration designed for maximum power and accuracy in close-quarters hunting scenarios. This premium open track speargun delivers exceptional performance for targeting reef species with pinpoint precision and devastating stopping power.
Built with premium epoxy laminated plantation teak, the Apex Series combines classic speargun aesthetics with cutting-edge performance engineering. The reverse double roller trigger mechanism provides smooth, reliable releases even under the high tension of the 4-band setup, while the reef textured handle ensures secure grip control during intense reef hunting sessions.
Available in two powerful sizes (130mm and 140mm), this open track speargun is specifically optimized for short-range reef spearfishing with an effective range of 10-16 feet. The ultra-slick poly track system (available in both open and enclosed configurations) minimizes friction while maximizing accuracy for precision shots in tight reef environments.
The Apex features an innovative double-wrapped 300lb mono line system connected to a 6″ shock bungee, providing superior fish-fighting capabilities and reducing the risk of losing trophy reef species. Each gun is completely factory-ballasted and includes a convenient 1/2″ rubber loading butt for easier band loading during extended diving sessions.
