At Aquila, we stand behind the quality of our gear. Our policy is designed to be clear and fair while recognizing that spearfishing equipment is exposed to extreme conditions and natural wear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Warranty Coverage<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  • Teak Wood Shafts<\/strong> \u2014 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Rollers<\/strong> \u2014 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Consumables \/ Wear Items<\/strong> \u2014 No warranty. This includes spears, spear tips, lines, bungies\/bands, and all moving parts other than rollers. These items naturally wear out through normal use and must be replaced periodically.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2. Warranty Exclusions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The warranty does not<\/strong> cover:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, corrosion, fading, stretching, fraying).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Damage from misuse, impact, neglect, or improper storage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Failure to perform recommended maintenance (freshwater rinsing, proper storage, periodic inspections).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Cosmetic issues that do not affect function.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Loss, theft, or shipping damage (unless reported within 48 hours of delivery).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      3. Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Return Window:<\/strong> 30 days from delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Condition:<\/strong> Must be unused, unmodified, and returned in original packaging with all accessories\/manuals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Refunds:<\/strong> Issued to the original payment method within 7\u201314 business days after inspection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Restocking Fee:<\/strong> Up to 15% for non-defective returns (waived if item is exchanged for another Aquila product).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Custom\/Engraved Items:<\/strong> Final sale \u2014 not returnable unless defective.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Return Shipping:<\/strong> Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise authorized.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        4. How to File a Return or Warranty Claim<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        All requests must be submitted by email to info@aquilaspearguns.com<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Product name\/model.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Photos\/videos showing the issue (if warranty related).<\/li>\n\n\n\n

        • Your shipping address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Timeline:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Initial response: within 3 business days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Inspection (if product is returned): within 7\u201310 business days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Resolution (repair, replacement, or refund if applicable): typically within 30 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            5. Shipping Instructions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            \u2022 Wait for RMA approval before sending any items.
            Clearly mark the RMA number on the package.
            Use adequate protective packaging (cap spear tips, pad all edges).
            Customers pay initial shipping; Aquila covers return shipping for valid warranty claims within the U.S. (international customers are responsible for duties\/taxes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            6. Remedies<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            If a warranty claim is approved, Aquila will, at its discretion: Repair the item, or replace with the same or equivalent model, or refund the purchase price of the covered part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            7. Transferability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            8. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
