I’m an adventurer at heart. After being a rock climber for almost 20 years, I moved down to Playa del Carmen, Mexico. There are no mountains here, so I tried freediving and really enjoyed it, but it felt like something was missing…a little edge… Then I went out spearfishing one time with a friend, and was absolutely hooked.

The very next day, I bought all the gear, and started going out every chance I got. I started dreaming about the ocean, spearfishing, and growing my skills to deeper depths, and larger fish. And now, I get to be part of Team Aquila - a purpose driven company that gives back proceeds from sales to help clean up the ocean that I’ve grown to love so much. I’m truly grateful.
